Teatro Pubblico Ligure

In 2007 Corrado d’Elia, Lucia Lombardo and I launch TPL, namely Teatri Possibili Liguria, nowadays known as Teatro Pubblico Ligure.
I am fully aware that we need to come up with a new organisational strategy if we really want to turn into real productions the projects we have in mind.
A light vessel ready to change course, one able to move away smoothly where big vessels would get stuck.
A PC, a mobile and a portable office. In bars, on rocks by the seaside, at the train station or at the airport.

This is what comes across my mind while wandering down Genoa harbour quay and while our theatre enterprise is about to set off. A new organisational strategy that is not overloaded by desks, chairs, rents and maintenance costs.
A software rather than an hardware.
